This information is for any supporters and local people who would like to leave a gift in their will for our local RSPCA Branch.
Solicitors should be advised to include the wording “for the sole benefit of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Bridlington, Driffield & District Branch. Registered
Charity number 232212”
This will guarantee that the local branch will benefit from a bequest.
Using the word “area” instead of “ branch” will reduce the amount we receive by 50%.
Anyone wishing to leave a bequest to the National Society need only use the wording “RSPCA”.
